At Hema Maps, we want you to love your apparel as much as the journey itself. If your fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is processed.
